Optional liquid level transmitter can convert liquid level signals into 4-20mADC standard signals, enabling remote detection, indication, recording, and control. This series of products is widely used for liquid level measurement and control of various towers, tanks, tanks, and boiler equipment in the production processes of industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, and construction. This series of products complies with the HG/T21584-95 magnetic liquid level juice industry standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
2、 Structural principle:
The liquid level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid in the side container rises and falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises and falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip column to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level. Install limit switches to achieve liquid level alarm and control, and install transmitters to achieve standard signal output for display and control.

Form of jacket:
Steam jacket and water circulation jacket are a layer of cylinder added to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge for the circulation of steam, circulating water or thermal oil.
Vacuum jacket is a layer of vacuum cylinder added outside the main tube of the liquid level gauge to insulate the measured medium from the outside.
Double layered jacket generally refers to adding another layer of vacuum jacket outside the steam tracing jacket.
The electric heat tracing system wraps an electric heat tracing strip around the main pipe of the liquid level gauge to heat the medium.
